Arianna Lagunas
Founder, Business Growth Strategist & Kajabi Funnel Builder
Arianna (Ari) began her journey in 2017 as an intern for TEDxTalks, where she helped them use their YouTube channel to drive crowdfunding campaigns and sell out live events. That experience taught her the foundations of marketing, branding, and business growth in a corporate environment.
From there, she invested in her own education, attending Tony Robbins’ Business Mastery program, and quickly built a six-figure business of her own. Since then, she has helped seven-figure brands — including channels with over a million subscribers — scale their businesses using YouTube as a strategic tool for marketing and sales.
Recognized for her expertise, Ari was invited to become an official Kajabi Expert. She partnered with Kajabi in 2024 for a community-wide event where she trained creators on how to turn YouTube traffic into sales with high-converting offers and funnels. In addition, Ari specializes in building and optimizing Kajabi pages, automations, course setups, and membership sites. She also oversees funnel architecture and ensures everything is aligned for scalability and long-term success.
To date, Ari has helped over 500 entrepreneurs through live events, private coaching, and group programs to build and scale businesses using organic YouTube strategies. Beyond business, she founded Creators for Change, a philanthropy-driven podcast and movement that has sponsored children’s education in Mexico and built homes for families in need.
Art Gusev
Paid Ads & Analytics Specialist
Artem has been running a Google Ads business for over five years, and since Google Ads and YouTube Ads operate on the same platform, his expertise translates seamlessly into YouTube advertising strategy. His role focuses on preparing every offer, funnel, page, and membership site so they’re fully optimized for scaling into paid ads.
Artem specializes in analytics and KPI tracking, ensuring that every decision is backed by data. He also conducts in-depth SEO analysis across both websites and YouTube channels to make sure the brand is discoverable on Google Search and well-positioned for future ad campaigns. With his deep knowledge of keywords and search intent, he ensures both organic and paid strategies work together to drive growth.
In addition to his ads and analytics expertise, Artem holds a degree in graphic design from San Diego State University, giving him an eye for visuals that convert and a strong understanding of how design impacts sales. While design support is primarily handled by other team members, his background adds an extra layer of insight when refining landing pages and funnels for ad campaigns.

In addition to her academic background, Kayla has hands-on experience leading communications strategy and creative production. She manages podcast development, social media, and outreach initiatives. Her experience translates into helping clients strengthen their messaging and identify visibility opportunities, such as guest features and podcast collaborations.
